services introduced following customer feedback

Thank you for your overwhelming response to our
questionnaire. We received over 500 responses, which was terrific! 70% of you
thought a newsletter would be a good idea. So here is our launch issue! We have
taken as many suggestions on board as possible and summarise here some of the
new initiatives:
 We have introduced a customer reference service for first time
customers. Do you have questions about delivery, returns, product quality, etc.,
and want to see how previous customers feel? Let us
know and we will put you in touch with
another customer who has first hand experience buying from us.
For a limited time only, we are offering a First Time Buyer's
discount of up to £150 on your first Europe by Net purchase. We are confident
you will like our products and service and would love you to give us a
try!
We have introduced a "toll free" number for our US and
Canadian customers: 1-888-660-4870.
We are launching a weekly special offers
section. Every week, we will offer 2 products at deeply discounted prices. There
will be no limit on how many can be bought – but each product will be on offer
for one week only!
More "Ideal Room Sets" and "Designer Combinations". Our
designers are pulling together ideas on great ways to combine the over 5,000
products we offer online.

We are still cheaper
than the Sales -- all year round!

During the recent January Sales a large up-market
London store (which shall remain nameless) took out a big ad in the Evening
Standard to promote one of our favourite coffee tables, the Spiral
by Cattelan Italia.
They were proudly offering, for a few weeks, a
reduction from £799 (US$ 1,438) to £639 (US$ 1,150) – but Europe by Net's price
was £559 (US$1,006), and we offer the table at that price all year
round!
In the U.S. it's the same story - the popular Diesis sofa from B&B Italia, for example, sells for $11,232 while we offer it
for £4,077 ($7,339) exc VAT all year round. Even after shipping
costs, you still save well over 20%!
