As many of you will remember, we sent out a customer questionnaire last year which more than 500 of you kindly responded to. Following your feedback, we launched many new ideas such as "Quick Ship" products, a first time buyer discount, a US toll free number and a "talk to existing customers" service.
This year, we are full of ideas as to how to improve Europe by Net still further but would like to hear from you as to what you would value the most. Please take a few minutes to fill in the attached questionnaire.
